OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This agreement "Agreement" is between "You" the "User" and Johnny J Corp. dba/ freepokerproducts.com to be referred to as stated in this agreement but not limited to "Johnny J Corp" or "We".
By using Johnny J Corp’s points program service, You agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this offer set forth below, including the privacy policy.
SUMMARY OF SERVICE
You earn points by completing offers, which you can redeem for free products.
i. Users must earn points by completing online offers. Each offer will give a user a specific amount of points upon successful completion. These points can then be used to "redeem" for various items listed on the website.
ii. You can only spend as many points as you have in your account, but can continue to earn more points by trying more online offers.
iii. There is no limit to the amount of points which can be earned on the FreePokerProducts website, nor is there a limit on the number of orders that can be placed.
iv. Users must be residents of the United States or Canada, and there can only be one account per shipping address.
COMPLETION OF OFFERS
In order to receive your free products, you must successfully complete one or more of the advertisers offer(s) to earn points. Once You have signed up for an offer, the advertiser will validate and approve or decline your application, once your application has been approved, you will be sent an email to confirm that you have earned points. You must click on the ‘Claim My Points’ link in this email for your points to be credited to your account. Depending on the offer, the advertiser may automatically be able to verify your information, but some offers (such as Credit Card offers), may take up to two weeks or more to approve your application.
FreePokerProducts is based on earning "Points" and exchanging those points for free items. FreePokerProducts reserves the right to change point values of products or offers at any time for any reason.
ACCOUNTS
To join the Points Programs you must enter your valid information in the sign-up form including but not limited to; gender, first name, last name, postal address, e-mail address and phone number. You may also be asked to provide this truthful information as required by our advertisers and partners. You must be a legal resident of the United States or Canada. You may only have one account per person and/or per mailing address. You may only receive credit for completing an offer under the ‘Earn Points’ section subcategory ‘Offers’ for the first time. You will not receive multiple credits for signing up for the same offer(s) multiple times under the ‘Offers’ section. However, you may receive multiple credits for completing the same offer(s) under the ‘Earn Points’ section subcategory ‘Shop and Earn Points’.
We will only manually credit your account if You send us the confirmation email you received when signing up for that particular offer, and we have verified from the advertiser that Your application has been validated and or approved. It is the sole discretion of Johnny J Corp whether or not to manually credit your account. You will be responsible for saving all confirmation emails received for any and all offers. If you have not received credit for an offer, you should email info@freepokerproducts.com, being sure to include your Member ID, which offer(s) you have signed up for and did not receive credit for with their confirmation/welcome emails.
Due to frequent fluctuations in advertising rates, at any time, We reserve the right to make any adjustments to the point value of an offer and/or the amount that Your account is credited for completing an offer.
Points may NOT be transferred between users and accounts.
It is solely your responsibly for maintaining security for your own account. We will not be liable for any losses incurred through the access of your account by a third party or the disclosure of your password or account.
Johnny J Corp reserves the right to cancel a user’s account and/or nullify the user’s accounts point balance for any reason, including but not limited to the following: (1) account inactivity for 90 days or more (2) suspected fraudulent and or illegal behavior of the user (3) signing up for or using multiple accounts (4) any infraction of these terms and conditions or (5) any other reason that we see fit.
PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to your privacy, and we value your trust. Please feel free to read our Privacy Policy.
SHIPPING
Johnny J Corp is not responsible for replacement of any products that are not received due to Your failure to provide accurate delivery information. If You do not provide accurate information during the registration process and order checkout, we are not responsible for any product replacement whatsoever.
From time to time Johnny J Corp may use third party shipping companies to fulfill some of their shipping needs. Orders that are shipped from a third party source and not directly from Johnny J Corp’s warehouse should be returned using the third party's "Return Policy" instructions. Please email info@freepokerproducts.com to find out where your defective merchandise should be returned.
Orders of Gift Certificates with a point value of more than 30,000 will be shipped via FedEx. FedEx deliveries cannot be sent to a P.O. Box. A.P.O. or F.P.O.
Johnny J Corp is not responsible for orders shipped to PO Boxes that are not received for any reason.
RETURNS
Merchandise may only be returned if there is manufacture defects. Defects will be determined by said manufacture.
We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery. Products with manufacturer warranties, which exceed 30 days, should be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in its original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
If merchandise is returned or refused for any reason whatsoever you are only eligible to receive a point reimbursement less our shipping and restocking fees. The total returned credited point amount will not exceed 80% of total point value for the returned item.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your membership by contacting us via e-mail at info@freepokerproducts.com, or you may write a letter to the address listed below. Please include your membership number and e-mail address.

TERMINATION
Johnny J Corp may, at its sole discretion, without any notice to the user, terminate or suspend user's membership to all or part of the service for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this Agreement. We also reserve the right to discontinue any of our websites at any time without notice or reason.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All users complete offers through advertisers at their own risk. Johnny J Corp is not responsible for the terms and conditions of any of the affiliated websites or partner offers accessible through our website. Johnny J Corp respects your privacy. However, we are not responsible for unsolicited emails, pop ups or any other form of unwanted advertisements as a result of signing up for any of the advertised offers on our web site(s). We are not responsible for any charges incurred or contracts between you and the advertiser of an offer. Johnny J Corp reserves the right to change the point value of an offer at any time. We are not responsible for delays in reporting points or failure to receive points and we reserve the right to refuse points for an offer for any reason whatsoever.
In no event will Johnny J Corp be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the service or products. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, merchandise and other information provided through Johnny J Corp web sites. In no event shall Johnny J Corp be liable under any theory of tort, contract, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for any lost profit, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, each of which is hereby excluded by agreement between you and Johnny J Corp regardless of whether or not Johnny J Corp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Johnny J Corp., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by You or Your use and access of the Site.
GOVERNING LAW
Any action related to these Offer Terms and Conditions will be governed by the law of the state of Florida, U.S.A., excluding (1) principles of conflicts of laws, and (2) the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, if applicable. Any action relating to this Membership Agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, and You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue thereof. You agree to comply with the laws of Florida and the United States that apply to the use of this Service. If the law of Your country, state, or province of residence prohibits or limits Your participation in this Service, then You are responsible for complying with such laws and You agree to indemnify Johnny J Corp. against any breach by You.
UPDATES TO THIS AGREEMENT
This Agreement may be modified by Johnny J Corp from time to time, with or without notice to You. You accept any modification by using the Service after the modifications have become effective. If You object to any modification, Your sole remedy is cancellation of Your account.
Please check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms of Use as modified. The last date these Terms of Use were revised is set forth below. If you breach any of these Terms of Use your right to use this Site will terminate automatically.
